This is oversize vintage Warhol exhibition poster, a rare piece of art historical ephemera, was published on the occasion of the exhibitionAndy Warhol. 10 Statues of Liberty 1986 at Galerie Lavignes-Bastille, Paris, April 8 through May 30, 1986. Galleries no longer make offset lithographs of this size to promote their exhibitions because of the prohibitive costs. The print was published in an edition of fewer than 500, and it is especially valuable because it was a lifetime edition for an exhibition that Warhol attended. It was printed in 1986, the year before Warhol died.
