Bedford Art Gallery was founded by Jessica Leigh in 2016 and located on Bedford Avenue in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. We are currently an online only gallery and looking forward to hosting NYC exhibitions and events again in 2023!  Please sign up for our newsletter to join the fun.

BAG specializes in Street Art, Pop Art, Contemporary Art, Modern Art and features works by local NYC emerging artists.  It is the perfect place to begin, grow or diversify your collection.

Please allow 10 business days for shipping due to the current pandemic as the artwork is stored and vaulted in a fine art storage facility. For International Shipments buyer will be responsible for arranging shipping.  We will be happy to work with the shipper of your choice.

BAG was founded by Fine Art Auction Specialist and Consultant Jessica Leigh in 2016 on Bedford Avenue in Brooklyn, New York.

Leigh holds a B.A. in Fine Arts, Studio from The University of Texas at Austin and has well over a decade of experience curating private and corporate collections globally.  

She most recently held the position of Sales Manager for the global online fine art, design & antiques auction platform Bidsquare in New York City. Prior to Bidsquare, Leigh held the position Auction Specialist in Post War & Contemporary Art with a specialization in Prints and Multiples at Artnet Auctions in New York City.  Before joining Artnet, Leigh was an Art Consultant for Martin Lawrence Galleries in New York City and Weinstein Gallery in San Francisco.

Leigh was a member of the Brooklyn Museum Council for Contemporary Art and Feminist Art 2015-2017.  

Her experience, expertise, and passion for art have naturally progressed to the creation of Bedford Art Gallery.  Bedford Art Gallery is truly a mixed BAG of art and encompasses Leigh’s love for both Street Art and Fine Art.
